I have accidentally tagged my shipping address as my billing address. Can I change it?

Yes, you can add new addresses or even edit existing ones! Here's how:

  1. Navigate to your profile : Look for the profile management button located on the bottom left corner of your screen.
  2. Access Address & Documentation settings : Once you click the profile button, find the section labeled "Address & Documentation".
  3. Verify and update : Click on the ‘add new address’ button to add newer ones or edit the existing ones by clicking on the 3 dot icon and change the address to shipping.

That's it! Your address will be updated.

How can I change my login password?

Changing your password is easy! Here's how:

  1. Navigate to your profile : Look for the profile management button located on the bottom left corner of your screen.
  2. Access password settings : Once you click the profile button, find the section labeled "Change Password".
  3. Verify and update : Enter your current password to confirm it's you. Then, type in your new desired password, making sure to confirm it by entering it again.

That's it! Your login password will be updated.

I want to add a new vendor to my existing list?

Yes, you can add new vendors or even edit details of existing ones! Here's how:

  1. Navigate to ‘Vendor Section’ : Look for the 'Vendors' section located on the purchase module.
  2. Access Vendor details : Click on the ‘Add New Vendor’ button located on the top right of your screen.
  3. Add details & submit : Add the necessary ‘business registration’, ‘address’, ‘contact person’ details and click on submit to add the vendor details.

That's it! Your new vendor will be added.
